How can I make changes to my order before or after confirmation?

How will I know if an Item in my order is unavailable?

If you have placed an order for a particular product and it later becomes unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances, someone from our Customer Service team will get in touch with you to inform you of the same. You could choose to cancel it from the order or select a replacement if available and the bill will be edited accordingly. In the case of pre-paid orders, the amount for cancelled products will stand as a credit balance in your account..

What are the delivery Charges?

Silvertree provides free home delivery on all orders of value of rs 900 & above. However, if your order under Rs 900 shipping charge of Rs 150 will be applicable.

Is there any hidden charges?

There are no extra taxes,sales tax, hidden costs or additional shipping charges(for orders of Rs 900 & above) . The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices.

What if the item received is defective?

In case you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it to our delivery person at time of delivery or contact our Customer care team at 9022299229 or you can email us at info@silvertree.in and we will do the needful. We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery. Due to perishable nature of goods ,Post delivery no complaints will be entertained.
